I still see toad misrepresenting timestamps...
example 6pm
Instead of 2016-04-27-18.00.00.000000
It displays it as 2016-04-27-06.00.00.000000
This makes it look like 6 am..... but since timestamp does not show PM/AM then you cant tell what the correct time is.
This is in 6.0 and i believe was still issue in 6.2 Beta.
