The error message you are getting is from Toad. Look at the Options menu in Toad.

Thanks, but in that post the person admits to running DB2 9.7.4.4.  As I have shown with my screenshots (both the Toad config menu and the ODBC drivers), I am running 10.1.0. which is what TOAD 6.0...

I missed that one screenshot. I would save all of your settings and configurations. Then uninstall Toad and reinstall it.Also you may want to try and upgrade your DB2 Client. It looks like it is the GA...
